AFTERBURN REPORT 2012
2012 was a year of continued growth (and fertility!) for our HR department. We added an excellent new staff member as our HR Administrative Associate. We weathered a large increase in volume of "customers" (aka staff, since we are a customer service department, after all). Our two in-house Management Trainings (in their 7th and 4th years running) were the biggest and best yet!
HR also continues to be a leader in incorporating new technology into our processes to make them even more efficient and effective to better serve our staff. In addition to adding DocuSign for electronic completion and signature of several hundred paperwork packets, we're now using an online applicant tracking system for hiring, and we've transitioned our internal files from a dusty old server to the Cloud.
2013 promises even more growth and exciting challenges for Human Resources!
